Have a wonderful Christmas

I love Christmas, it is the one time of year where everyone actually switches off and allows them selves the time to just chill, really we should do it more often perhaps without the overindulgences. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that most of the nation is doing exactly what you are doing, spending time with the ones we love, being happy and just being. It is for most a very happy time. Do however take a moment to think about those less fortunate than you and maybe do something good to help someone this year. Let it be donating money, food, clothes or toys to a charity, calling on an elderly neighbor with a gift or some food or helping out a friend who recently lost a job. Over Christmas, take a moment to reflect on your life and appreciate what you have, know that however bad things seems there is always the potential for them to get better. Look at the world and be thankful for it's wonder.
Enjoy your Holiday season whatever way you celebrate it, surrround yourself with love and love all you can and may your dreams come true in the year ahead.

Metamorphosis Seminar

Holos was delighted to have Clarie Burrows present a seminar on Metamorphosis on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th of November. Metamorphosis is for anyone who wishes to make a positive change in their lives. It is about transition and empowerment. The seminar introduced Metamorphosis to the participants for use in their own lives, to use on friends and family, to enable their children to reach their potential and to enable Therapists bring more to their Therapy room. The Seminar was enjoyed by all who took part and a lot was learned allowing everyone new ways of living a more positve lifestyle.

Hi there,
I sit in my cosy office looking out upon a beautiful crisp sunny day and thank the powers that be for my life and all the happiness in it. I just finished teaching another energetic Body sculpting class and am taking a few moments to welcome you to my new website and to my blog which I am very excited about writing in.
